ENVIRONMENT
At 3V, we strongly believe in a sustainable and environmental-friendly development, because we care about our planet, home of our children and our children’s children.
For this reason we are fully committed to conduct our activities in a manner conducive to meeting all the obligations under environmental laws, regulations and permits and in a manner that minimizes the impact of these activities on the environment.
We are continuously monitoring environmental laws and regulations to assure compliance with their provisions. We identify and secure all the necessary environmental permits to support our activities and will continually comply with established effluent limitations and other conditions within these permits. We establish and implement the appropriate measures necessary to protect the environment including use of best available resources and technology, installation of safety systems, employee training, inspections and monitoring, and preventive maintenance. We also maintain all of our pollution control equipment in manner conducive to optimum performance of the equipment.
Air emissions from all manufacturing lines are strictly controlled and treated with state of the art technologies .Process waste waters are treated with biological treatment plant &/or wet air oxidation reactors(TOP). The TOP advanced technology enables reduction of COD - a measure of the concentration of organic pollutants - to levels as low as 0.1% of the original amounts in the influent waste water, making it a sensible and integral part of a total ecological program.

The Italian State Organization for Alternative Energy, ENEA, awarded the 3V Group the EEC award for the development of TOP, recognizing 3V's achievement in helping to resolve environmental concerns through industrial investment and diversification. In addition, we remain involved with local government officials and citizens groups to assure an active participation in local environmental planning initiatives in all surrounding communities.

Therefore we are committed to work safely, to think safely, and to act safely. The safety and health programs at 3V are second to none.
The employee training curriculum is advanced and continually expanding to meet every technical and regulatory requirement of our industry. In addition, 3V is actively involved in community programs, working alongside municipal agencies and other business leaders to ensure that our operation remains a safe, non-threatening entity to our surrounding neighbors.
